Bookings and Payments:

• Bookings can be made online or offline. All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the full payment.

• In case of part payment, booking amount is non-refundable under any circumstances,

• Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, net banking or any other payment method provided on our website.

• Panny Fack India reserves the right to refuse any booking at any time for any reason.

Cancellation Policy:

• If you cancel your booking, you may be entitled to a refund as per our refund policy. Please refer to the refund policy on our website.

• Panny Fack India reserves the right to cancel your booking in case of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, strikes, or any other situation beyond our control.

Travel Documents:

• It is your responsibility to obtain all necessary travel documents such as passport, visa, health certificate, or any other required documentation before departure.

• Panny Fack India will not be responsible for any consequences arising from your failure to obtain the necessary travel documents.

Travel Insurance:

• It is highly recommended that you purchase travel insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances such as medical emergencies, trip cancellations, or any other situations that may arise during your travel.

• Panny Fack India will not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred during the trip.

Health and Safety:

• You are responsible for your health and safety during your trip.

• Panny Fack India will not be responsible for any illness, injury, or any other harm caused during the trip.

Changes to Itinerary:

• Panny Fack India reserves the right to change the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, roadblocks, or any other situation beyond our control.

• We will inform you about any changes to the itinerary as soon as possible.

Liability:

• Panny Fack India will not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or death caused during the trip.

• Panny Fack India will not be responsible for any delay or failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond our control.

• Panny Fack India's liability in all cases will be limited to the cost of the services booked.

Disputes:

 

a. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the services provided by Panny Fack India will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
